Where we deliver

Across Accra. At checkout you give a GhanaPost GPS digital address and pick the day and time window — deliveries start from tomorrow and run up to 14 days ahead.

What delivery costs

One fee per order, not per item — it is one trip regardless of how many things are on it. The fee follows the largest item:

• Anywhere in Accra — GH₵50.00, whatever the item

Delivery is free on orders of GH₵999.00 or more (counted on the goods, before the delivery fee).

When you pay

Checkout takes no payment. We hold no card details. You either pay the rider at the door, or send a mobile money transfer quoting your order number.

Cash on delivery is available up to GH₵2,000.00. Above that we ask for payment before dispatch, by mobile money. We do not take card payments.

Both cost the same. We do not charge more for cash or less for a transfer — the price on the item is the price, whichever way you settle it.

Returns

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We collect it at our own cost and refund you in full.

Tell us before the collection whether the original packaging is still available. It is not a condition of the refund; it only affects how we pack it for the trip back.

Changed your mind

If there is nothing wrong with the item but you no longer want it, contact us within 7 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the return trip is at your cost — we will tell you what that is before you commit to it.

What we cannot take back

• Items damaged after delivery through use or accident
• Items returned incomplete — missing parts, cables or accessories

Warranty

Most of what we sell carries no manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim otherwise. Where an item genuinely does have one, it is stated on that item’s page and nowhere else. Your rights under this returns policy apply either way.
